Our practice accepts most major credit cards, CareCredit and insurance plans. 

Insurance plans we can accept here at Douglas Dental & Orthodontics are PPO, Premier, and some discount plans. 

- We are unable to bill any HMO or Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal plans. To find a provider in your HMO network, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier as they can assist you in finding a provider. 

Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
